All orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of purchase for all IN STOCK items. We cannot guarantee turn around time on any out of stock item for our stock levels vary due to seasonal and non-typical ordering patterns. Note that there may be delays during high volume times including holidays. All packages are sent in nondescript USPS or otherwise non-branded packaging with our postal return address as the only identifying marks.
US Orders
USPS Priority Mail: Packages are delivered in an average of 5-7 days to most Continental US destinations from shipping date.
Fed Ex: We offer the flexibility and speed of Fed Ex shipping on all US and International Orders. The pricing varies on the service you select as well as the location of the "Ship To" address. Note that Look Swimwear is not responsible for any customs duties or tariffs. Further, in some countries Fed Ex orders will be on hold and not delivered to you until duties are paid for. - International Orders
USPS Global Express
Your order will be shipped via USPS Global Express mail and will be delivered to your countries customs within 3-4 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery times for International Orders. Your delivery date is influenced by your local governments importing processes which we cannot influence. All orders typically ship within 24-36 hours of purchase for all IN STOCK items and only on business days. We cannot guarantee turn around time on any out of stock item for our stock levels vary due to seasonal and non-typical ordering patterns. Also note that there may be delays during high volume times including holidays. All packages are sent in nondescript USPS or otherwise non-branded packaging with our postal return address as the only identifying marks.
International customers also note that some countries may impose duty or taxes on imported goods. These charges are determined once the shipment reaches your countries customs processing branch. It is the responsibility of the purchaser (you) to pay any such charges. We cannot predict what these charges may be, please ask your customs department for rates and limits before you place an order. Contents are described as 'clothing' items for customs purposes and processing.

Asia - Returns & Exchanges
- Your 100% satisfaction- period. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the items in new condition with our original and logo-ed tags attached. Exchanges or refunds will only be processed if garment is returned unmarked and in new condition with this tag still attached. If this tag is not attached, or is attached and shows that you have worn our swimwear for a duration other than for sizing then your purchase will fall out of the bounds of our return policy. Returning items that have been worn other than for sizing will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to you, the customer.
ALL refunds will be charged a $15.00 flat fee. Note that if you are simply exchanging to a new size or style you will not be accessed a fee. Final refund amounts will be calculated as follows: Purchase Price- $15.00 Refund Fee- Original Shipping Fee=Refund Amount. Please allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be processed.
Returns and exchanges should be received within 14 days from date of shipping for US customers and within 30-45 days for international customers. Domestic returns/exchanges will be sent by USPS Priority Mail, while International returns/exchanges will be sent by USPS International.
Outward shipping will not be charged on your first exchange, but you must pay the postage to return the goods to us of which you will not be reimbursed.
