Look Swimwear Return and Exchange

 

Your 100% satisfaction- period.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the items in new condition with our original and logoed tags attached. Exchanges or refunds will only be processed if garment is returned unmarked and in new condition with this tag still attached. If this tag is not attached, or is attached and shows that you have worn our swimwear for a duration other than for sizing then your purchase will fall out of the bounds of our return policy.

Returning items that have been worn other than for sizing will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to you, the customer.  ALL refunds will be charged a $15.00 flat fee.  Final refund amounts will be calculated as follows: Purchase Price- $15.00 Refund Fee- Original Shipping Fee=Refund Amount.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be processed.

We make the first exchange at no additional cost.

Returns and exchanges should be received within 14 days from date of shipping for US customers and within 30-45 days for international customers. Domestic returns/exchanges will be sent by USPS Priority Mail, while International returns/exchanges will be sent by USPS International.   

Outward shipping will not be charged on your first exchange, but you must pay the postage to return the goods to us of which you will not be reimbursed.

Return/Exchange Process:

Step 1 Write customerservice@lookswimwear.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for your return or exchange.  Please include in this email your full name, order number and exactly what you would like to have happen (ex. I would like to exchange the Wild Child Bottom from order number 11111 and get this one size larger).

Step 2 Upon receipt of your request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be created thereby starting the process.

Step 3 After you receive your RMA approval and ID from Customer Service send your package (please include a copy of your invoice as well as any instructions we may need to fulfill your return/exchange) via a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please send your item(s) to:
